1. Why does the Ministerium doubt there is enough public interest in another international school?
Sylvia Lohrman Response : – Because in and around Detmold there are not enough international companies that bring enough foreigners into the region, who would be interested in having their children educated in an international school.
2. Which prerequisites have not been fulfilled by the International School Germany?
Sylvia Lohrmann Response : The principal owner of the school. Dr. Ursula Mock cannot guaranteed that this school will meet general guidelines and standards of education. The Ministry of Education has received many complaints about this school owners other school (Heiligenhaus and Bochum). Educational personnel have made clear grievances in regards to the mistreatment and mismanagement by its school director Dr. Ursula Mock. The Ministry of Education has set out clear educational guidelines which the International School Germany has not fulfilled
3. How does the provincial parliament view the estimation that support for another school in Detmold has not reached the Ministerium?
– The provincial parliament is aware of the support but would violate school law §118 if it supported another school.
4. When can a definite decision on whether or not support of the International School Germany, in Detmold be expected?
– On the 22nd of August 2011 the Ministerium has informed Dr. Ursula Mock what prerequisites it needs in order for the school to be opened. She has not provided all the necessities required and nor has she responded if she plans to continue to fulfill these requests.
5. What are the legal implications if this school were to open without the support of the Ministerium
– The school could not be opened as a fulltime school, but only as providing supplementary lessons. In order for students to attend the lessons, they would have to apply for a confirmation of exception from their regular schooling. The owner of the school, Dr. Ursula Mock CAN NOT accept any students without this document of confirmation.

Black Listed Schools 
It might be best to hope that a business becomes successful and that children have opportunities in cities in Germany. If teachers and students are to feel free to learn, to have others listen to their opinions and to become grown, caring adults, there must be some acceptance and tolerance. There are not many international schools, so let’s hope this school becomes a success and improves.
Parents and teachers are warned not to have anything to do with this school as the person who caused all the problems, by threatening the students and teachers alike is still working at this school. We would advise teachers not to work at this school as it seems not to have changed.
The International School of Bochum is serving students well and it is a credit to the city of Bochum to have this school…
This is a blog for teachers, and supports all the teachers who have been treated badly by Dr.Mock and had to take legal action to get their money. Any school that is owned by Dr.Mock is a dubious business, which puts profit before education and a warning to teachers not to work for any school that this woman owns.
As an victim of Dr. Ursulsa Mock I can only warn any teacher who is contacted to work at the International School Bochum to decline the job offer. There is numerous online reports about this woman from newspaper articles to news media reports. I’m quite shocked that she is even operating the International School Bochum after all that she has done in Heiligenhaus
The International School Heiligenhaus doesn’t exist anymore !!!!
Since August 2012 the building is used by the newly founded RHEINLAND INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. It is governed by the Klett Group, a trustworthy German family business, and directed by Simon Davidson, an experienced teacher. It is equipped with new technology and learning material, now truly according to IB standard!!

This school is very dangerous, the owner is very dangerous and i hope this school will stop quickly because there are lot strange events there. Lot of teachers had change often.
I invite all the parents to live this school; this is what i did last year. i realize after that my children was in dangerous situation. Thank to my god to open my mind early. Never sign the contract of this school always keep your money as you can and never paid in advance. the big fat woman as a secretary always call you to make pressure on you that you paid , you sign for just to don’t give lateral to cancel . Please we need help all the remaining parents to move to other school and to stop this dangerous woman.
We need make lot of marketing to highlight people about this school in Bochum.
where i can also speak , explain my situation and help the parents to understand and stop this school.lot of parents are locked because they already pay some money and don’t want to lose it.I strongly recommend for your childrens to leave as quick as you can . One day your will be face front on the reality and the catastrophe can come because you never known the behavior of this grazy owner Ursula Mock.
There are rumours that Ursula has other plans in the educational industry. I urge parents and the German government not to allow her to operate any new business school model. She is a danger to the German educational society
